Since Annihilation Rebellion’s origination in 2023, three main themes have been pursued. These are: concern over “no hope” life terms in the U.K and similar globally, an end sought to the mental health bracket in the U.K, and the cause’s main factor- undisclosed et contact with governments and the route to dethronement of a behind-the-scenes rulership of earth.
Concern over “no hope” life terms- in the U.K-wise, we have chiefly sought to encourage action on this theme with Peter Kyle, MP for Hove and Portslade. Correspondence at Christmas time since 2023 has featured. Mr Kyle has replied that if he gets a chance to speak about this in the Commons or with his Labour party colleagues he will try to. We have also shared our concern on this theme with King Charles, Pope Leo and New York based judge, P. Kevin Castel in the U.S. Also, in April 2026 we made a share with Mind charity about their “Sweat and Tears” campaign with Buxton, commenting that hands on compassion for mental health doesn’t compare with the example of the (as of recently) four people on the list of prisoners serving a whole life order being held in secure hospitals, where hope itself is missing.
In 2013 the European Court of Human Rights ruled that imprisoning people without any prospect of release or review violated Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) stating that a whole-life sentence requires the “possibility of a review” so the prisoner has a chance to show they have reformed. The court stressed that the ruling did not guarantee imminent release or say whole-life orders were unlawful in principle, only that a review process must exist.
However in 2014 the UK Court of Appeal successfully won a turnaround of this victory. Ministers strongly disagreed with the European ruling and maintained that the most heinous murderers should never leave prison. The Attorney General referred sentences to the Court of Appeal to clarify the law. Lord Chief Justice Lord Thomas, heading a panel of five senior judges, ruled that the whole-life tariff regime in England and Wales was entirely compatible with the European Convention. The court found that English law did provide a possibility of release in exceptional circumstances through the discretionary power of the Justice Secretary (such as compassionate release for terminal illness). By explicitly spelling out this legal duty, the Court of Appeal created a bridge of judicial dialogue with Europe.
When the issue returned to the ECtHR in the 2015 and 2017 Hutchinson v United Kingdom cases, the European Grand Chamber accepted the Court of Appeal’s clarification. Strasbourg ruled that the ambiguity in UK law had been successfully resolved, officially declaring UK whole-life tariffs lawful and compatible with human rights.
The original decision awarded a human rights victory so when ministers felt that the most heinous murderers should never leave prison and they were actually seeking a human rights sphere, has a disparity occurred?
In a general sense such judgements are related to the rulership’s behind-the-scenes work. Usually to uphold their work of the world, their influence from the sixth sense would have created a “soft touch” where the judgement went against human rights.
False as the entire situation is, ongoingly, the commonality of human circumstance is that the state – as enabled behind the scenes via the rulership and its operation as a power of the air – is entirely a non-human business. In that sense mankind is united. Just as it says in the eponymous Ephesians 6:12 we fight not against flesh and blood but against these (behind-the-scenes) rulers and powers of this dark world. And as something the rulership would have included in the sphere of its activity like a calling card, this bible verse ultimately sounds mocking and inane with actual progress waiting.
The mental health bracket is the ignorant way that other communities to mental health (such as those related to spirit release and shamanism) are and have been historically put under pressure to abide in the mental health sphere. Where communities related to the gay rights movement found a place of respect in society, the end of the mental health bracket, in the U.K and any similar globally, is a crucial new moment of human rights for the communities involved. On this issue we have contacted Sussex Partnership NHS Trust who failed to acknowledge the present flaw. Forwarding our concern to Peter Kyle MP we were encouraged to contribute to Wes Streeting’s 2024 consultation on the future of the NHS which we did. When our point of view was not included, we wrote directly to the Department for Health without a response, and further efforts to alert Peter Kyle MP to the issue subsequently failed with Peter Kyle ‘s office stating that (this) “isn’t something that is Peter’s area of expertise or business in the House of Commons and he wouldn’t be able to advise or support (me) on this”. In February 2026 we wrote to a consultant at East Brighton Mental Health Centre who has not replied although he did send an email which cryptically put forth a series of points about what shamanism is.
A point of some consolation on this issue can be found in how in 2002 a consultant by the name of Dr Price in response to my input said he would agree to work as a shamanic practitioner in administration of my care if that helped. Suggestive of how it is possible to receive corresponding support in the overall sphere of what would still be called the mental health services.
Where there is discrimination in state practice against other groups to mental health, stepping up the campaign of inclusivity further to these failed responses from the Department for Health, Sussex Partnership NHS Trust and East Brighton Mental Health Centre, is in process. Key routes are the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (up to a six month wait) and Surrey Sussex ICB feedback, concerns and complaints. In terms of our main theme – undisclosed et contact with governments and the route to dethronement of a behind-the-scenes rulership of earth – several ways have been pursued including: a letter sent to Mi5 via the PO Box 3255 address sharing the new website in June 2024; a share of the website and intelligence factors including U.S undisclosed contact, to PM Keir Starmer in August 2024; a pinnacle of AR’s work, a share with the police of my knowledge related to the devil in the world as well as tradition of the first heaven and a rulership of earth with a letter sent to Jo Shiner, chief constable Sussex Police in December 2024; and a share on Linkedin with 16 Labour MPs about concern over Area 51, a crucial theme of interest calling them to take action with the highest levels of integrity, in July 2025. All of which no replies received, except the PM’s office who declined a later request for an interview on associated themes of aliens, the disclosure movement and Annihilation Rebellion.
In general since 2023, we have shared our cause with cancer warrior Mr John Dabell, Royal Marine and ex-Stonyhurst College Mr Henri Hodgson, Joanne Summerscales at The ET Network, ufowitness.tv, Ronan Farrow, Simon Fanshawe, To the Stars (a focus of which organisation is purportedly the “promotion of UFOs and other fringe science”), Richard Dolan, the actor James Woods and exopolitics.com. Also a share on Twitter with former President Barack Obama stating that aliens are evil, some of us are going through it and how there is a need for disclosure.
Since 2023 we have also sent out flyers, including to promote our petition on Change.org, to organisations, independent bookshops, small music venues and cafes, bars and pubs across England. As well as sending out flyers and paperback copies of the cause handbook to Alien Cowpoke in Nevada.
In May 2024 we sent letters to editors of 30 national and regional newspapers re feeding negativity via placing news items.
We also contributed to the new manifesto for Your Party with suggestions for a policy on Area 51, abolition of life terms, greater inclusivity in the NHS and once in power taking steps to abolish the state freeing the British Isles to anarchy foresee-ably.
We sought funding from the John Templeton Foundation in 2025 without success.
The petition we had from origination on Change.org closed in mid 2026 having secured only two signatures.
We have in mind for the future to organise an event entitled Direct Call. People can join a gathering near Area 51 where, with chanting and shouts, we will directly call the cowardly aliens to show their face. An event which can return periodically. Our intention is to create the event co-operatively with organisations in Nevada. Watch this space.
We also had in mind to make a public statement via the press about why the stories of the many whistle-blowers who have testified about working alongside aliens for the U.S government, haven’t found much attention in the news. And also, statements on how life terms and similar globally are failing to grant such prisoners the human right of hope. Having made an enquiry of the former to The Big Issue, we heard back that the Editor and Publisher were not willing to accept the advert I had organised with the point, although apparently it would have cost £1,800 for a medium sized advert in one issue of the Big Issue i.e. a weekly edition. The decision might have gone against us because they didn’t like the look of my rough draft? Better luck next time anyway.
